Conditional Sentences is consist of 2 part, that are :
- Subordinate clause ( if clause) : which is a requirement statement
- Main Clause : which is the result of whether or not fulfilled the requirements contained in subordinate clause.
If clause : simple present tense
Main Clause : simple future tense ( S + will +V1 )
In type 1, an act in main clasue will happen if the requisite in if clause full fill.
ex. : If i have a lot of money, i will buy a new car.
You will master english if you study hard.
Will / shall in main clause an be changed with other modal auxilaries, like may, can, must, and should. Should ussually combined with imperative.
ex. : If i want to be able to speak english well, you must practice regulary.
we can go out if it stops raining.
If i should have spare time, please help me.
If the weather is bad, the flight may be cancelled.
II. Conditional Sentence type 2
If clause : simple past tense
Main clause : Conditional tense / past future
( S + would + V1 )
This type is used to slow an act that opposite with the real fact at the time.
Actually requisite in if clause can full fill, but the possibility is too small.
ex. : I you study hard, you would pass the exam
( real fact : you don't study hard )
If i had a lot of money, I would lend you some
(real fact : I don't have much money )
Would also can be changed with could or might
ex. : you might be succesful if you tried harder
If I had some information, I could let you know.
III. Conditional Sentences type 3
If clause : past perfect tense
Main clause : perfect coditional / past future perfect
( S + would have + V3 )
Conditional type 3 is used to show a requisite that impossible to full fill because the time has been passed.
With the another, the real fact is opposite with the accident in the past.
ex. : If I had studied hard, I would have

Would have also can be changed with aould have or might have.
ex. : If they had found him earlie, they could have saved his life.
I might have been able to help you if I hadn't lead much work.
Note :
# For the conditional sentences type 2 that used to be, type of to be that used is were for all type pronomina.
Was may find in another informal language.
ex. : If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't refuse his offer.
If she were rich, she could buy a nice house.
# We can make Conditional sentences without if in the sentences that begin with :
if + S + were, if + S + had + V3, and
if + S + should
Look at the sentences below :
If I werea bird, I would fly high
Were I bird, I would fly high
If I were a bird, I would fly high
Were I a bird, I would fly high
If he had studied hard, he would have passed the test
Had he studied hard, he would have passed the test
# The other conjuction that can be used to change if, are :
Unless : Jika ... Tidak
Aslong as : Selama
On condition that : dengan syarat
Provided ( that ) : Asalkan
Suppose . Supposing : andaikata, andaikan, sekiranya
Otherwise : Jika tidak
or else : Jika tidak
But for : kalau bukan karena
ex. :
You won't pass the exam unless you study hard
you wo'nt pass the exam if you don't study hard
you can do it as long as you like
A. Subjunctive
This second frase in language Indonesia have main same being, is as if or its use didn't have change. so, th second can change.
as if / as though + Past tense
as if / as though + past perfect tense
Its if / as though followed past tense for show about opossite situation with the real fact now.While for the statement which opposite with the fact pass life used past perfect tense.
ex. : He act if He were a rich man
( Real fact : He isn't a rich man )
You talk as though You knew everything
(Real Fact : You don't know everything

# Were for used all subject
# Word in above another to show the situationa opposite at first example, like could also meant that we do not know for show sure.
B. Subjunctive with Wish
As subjuctive can use for to explain one wish or one aspire fullpiled.
S + wish + that * + past tense
S + wish + that * + past perfect tense
that can't missing
ex. :
I wish I had alot of money
( Real Fact : I don't have much money )
I wish he could help you
( Real Fact : He can't help you )
C. Subjuctive if only
that used if only same with the wish. The different is word used if only interest more dramatic.
If only + past tense
If only + past perfect tense
ex. :
If only I were a pilot
( real Fact : I'm not a pilot )
If only you could tell me the answer
( Real Fact : you can't tell me the answer )
D. Subjunctive with the if is time
If is time + past tese
this Idiom it one act late to start
ex. : It's time we studied
It's time we went
Compare the second word like this :
a. It's time to study
b. It's time we studied
The word a is an invitation to learn because the time has arrival while the word b invitation to learn but the time late.
E. Subjunctive with the would rather.
As subjuctive, this expression is used to express preferences, that is the subject of the first too subject would prefer to do something, but desire not full filled
S1 + would rather + that +S2 + past tense
S1 + would rather + that + S2 + past perfect tense
ex. :
I ould rather that he studied hard
( real fact : He doesn't study hard )
I would rather you helped her
( real fact : you don't help her )
I would rather they had played well
(real fact : they didn't play well )
